Instructions
1. Before using the tank, it should be kept at least 20 hours (preferably 48 hours) in the environment of 20 °C-30 °C, so that the temperature of the contents of the tank is within the appropriate range (the temperature should not exceed 40 °C, otherwise there is danger
of explosion! ). The construction environment or working surface temperature should be above 4 °C;
2. Wear protective goggles, work caps, rubber gloves, and protective clothing;
3. Shake the can for 1-2 minutes before use;
4. Connect the infusion tube joints to the A and B two tank valves respectively and tighten them;
5. Place the two cans upside down and open the valve to maximum;
6. Rotate the entire nozzle before the spray gun (note that there are two sections, not the top section), align the gun with the trash can, and pull the trigger. Two jets should be sprayed out in front of the gun. Quickly close the trigger, wipe the residual liquid at the outlet of the two
holes, and quickly screw the nozzle;
7. Align the work surface, pull the trigger, move the muzzle, and start spraying;
8. The spraying process is best done once, if it stops in the middle, the trigger should be turned off immediately (not more than 10 seconds), the nozzle of the spray gun is quickly unscrewed, and placed in a solvent prepared in advance (such as acetic acid, acetone, dichloromethane,
etc.) Soak and disassemble in the container. At the same time, the residual liquid at the outlet of the two holes of the spray gun is cleaned. After cleaning, it can be installed and repainted according to the above procedure. If used and properly cleaned, the spray gun and infusion
tube can be reused 2-3 times.
Packaging, storage and transportation
1.This product is packaged in 20KG (A+B) pressure resistant steel cylinders, or negotiated according to user requirements.
2.This product should be stored in a cool and dry place when stored and transported to prevent sun and rain.
3.The storage period is 6 months, overdue retest, if it meets the standard, it can still be used;;
4.Recommended storage temperature 25 ° C;
5.This product is packed with pressure and transported according to relevant regulations.
