The new CNMC-E2 air driven proportioning unit is of an advanced and compact design. It is specially aimed at the applications of polyurethane foam in place. Its particular configuration facilities easy access to all its components, simplifies the control functions ad significantly reduces the maintenance work.

Spray Foam Roofs: Strong and Durable
Applying a spray polyurethane foam (SPF) roofing system can improve a building's strength. In fact, SPF roofs have effective lifespans that can exceed 30 years.
Because SPF conforms and adheres to the surface on which it is sprayed, a strong bond forms to protect the roof. The layer of spray foam is seamless and self-flashing, which can eliminate the ability of water to seep through weak spots, such as fasteners and seams. Spray foam can be applied in a sloped manner to allow water to easily drain off the roof.
The bond that SPF forms to the roof can increase a building's resistance to wind uplift. So during periods of high wind, a home or building with a spray foam roof generally experiences less damage than a building without SPF. A prominent spray foam consultant notes that he has found that "when added to the inside of a structure, spray foam 'glues' the whole building together, enhancing overall wind and pressurization resistance.

Primary Heating System
The primary heating system consists of two separate independent block heaters with no seals. Each heater heating elements that supply a total power of 3000 W with the necessary control and safety features for the accurate and reliable performance of the system. The special design of the heaters allows for a DT of 30º C and enables it to reach application temperatures of 70º C in normal environmental conditions.
Proportioning Pumps
The system is including two positive displacement piston pumps, driven by a pneumatic motor. The proportioning pumps are manufactured from high hardness tempered aluminium and a special treatment that offers a low coefficient of friction, a high level of lubrication, and an increased level of wear resistance. The system includes a common guide system that ensures dynamic stability guaranteeing the correct alignment of the pump group and extending the life of the packing seals.
Recirculation System
Recirculation of the two components allows a faster achievement of the preset temperatures at the heaters before starting to spray and during temporary shutdowns.
Hose Heating System (OPTIONAL)
The hose heating system is designed with 1000W each 15 meters that allows the heating of up to 90m. of hose. The system
incorporates an innovative concept of heated hose in which the copper resistance is homogenously spread around the hose. This allows accurate and uniform control of the application temperature of the products.

Non-Permeable Air Seal
SPF expands to fill all voids and gaps within the framing system, creating a three-in-one Insulation, Air Barrier, and Vapor Retarder system. Traditional insulation systems are subject to unwanted air infiltration, a phenomenon called wind wash. With wind wash, outside air and moisture can be introduced into the wall cavity, greatly diminishing the R-Value. SPF's closed cell structure does not allow air or moisture to penetrate. SPF virtually eliminates the heat loss that is associated with wind washing.
SPF prevents airborne contaminates such as mold, spores, pollens, and dust from penetrating the building envelope.
High R-Value
With an aged R-Value at 6.2 per inch (Closed Cell) and 4.2 per inch (Open Cell) SPF is vastly superior to fiberglass. With the Closed Cell Foam, there are Millions of closed cell bubbles virtually eliminating heat loss through convective air currents within the wall cavity. There is no reduction in R-Value over time as there is with traditional insulation systems.

An SPF home has a measurable reduction in outside noise such as traffic, airplanes and barking dogs.

6. The operation temperature control panel is independent module which can be replaced separately. For other factories ,there is an integrated board next to the temperature control table,if one is broken ,others temerature meters all should be changed .
Learn to maintain machine :
Main Machine Daily Use and Maintenance:
1 Replace DOP in oil cup of primary-secondary pump daily;
2 When equipment stops running, swerve Start/Reset switch to reset direction, making sure cylinder rod fully soaked inside DOP liquid, in this way it can prolong service life of seal ring.
3 Check sensitivity of the equipment heating system, if anything goes wrong, please fix the problem as soon as possible.
4 When equipment isn't working, please turn off heating system timely, for not only it prevents potential danger also avoids low foaming quality cuz polyol material long-time heating.
5 Make sure turning on and off heating system in correct order. When turning on, first start main power,then turn on heating system; when turning off, first stopping heating system then turning off main power.
6 Remember to check if there's enough oil inside oil-water separator and the water expelled from the separator;
