Instructions
1. Before using the tank, it should be kept at least 20 hours (preferably 48 hours) in the environment of 20 ° C - 30 ° C, so that the temperature of the contents of the tank is within the appropriate range (the temperature can not exceed 40 ° C, otherwise there will be a burst tank Danger!). The construction environment or working surface temperature should be above 4 °C;
2. Wear protective goggles, work caps, rubber gloves, and wear protective clothing;
3. Shake the can for 1-2 minutes before use to mix the contents of the container. The horizontal placement of the filling body should be maintained after more than half of the use;
4. Connect the gun, conduit and nozzle before use: Unscrew the valve of the two containers of AB (counterclockwise rotation). The degree of unscrewing of the filling valve affects the spraying pressure of the material. The pressure should be equal, moderate, and all open at the beginning. The spray effect can be achieved. (Note: some valves have a safety lock and need to be pressed to open)
5. After opening the valve, first check the discharge condition of the two materials, and then pull the trigger to adjust the pressure of the two materials, then hold the spray gun, the gun is 1 meter away from the target, and simultaneously pull the two triggers to move in multiple directions. .
6. The surface of the prevention and regularity should be evenly sprayed, and the irregular parts should be sprayed in a concentrated manner. After curing, the sprayed surface should be evenly distributed. The spraying should follow a small number of times as a principle to achieve a good adhesion.
7. If the interval is during the spraying process, the interval should be ≤ 1 minute. If the interval is long, the trigger should be interrupted to prevent the gun head from being blocked. Once the filling body is opened, it is used within one day to avoid the main material solidifying in the conveying pipe and affect the normal use of the system. Unused fillings, if short-term storage is required, the filling valve should be closed first, then the trigger should be pulled to fully drain the residual material in the conveying pipe. Then change the gun head.
